Gentle Yoga | Full Body Stretches for Beginners | 20 Minutes

This follow along Yoga Flow is targeting the entire body as we work on hip, shoulder and spine mobility. It is a pretty simple routine and perfect for beginners, but also if you are more advanced it sometimes nice to go back to the basics.
