The Mission.

Evolve Now Yoga was founded in 2021. The idea was to help people reach the best version of themselves by introducing mindfulness and Yoga into their lives. Since then we have been working with people from around the world ready to take the next step in the journey of life.

A big part of loving yourself is accepting and appreciating who you truly are. At the same time it is also important to recognize what we need. Here at Evolve Now Yoga we take care of our physical, mental and emotional health. Find out who you are and evolve into your ideal self.

What is Yoga?

Yoga is an ancient philosophy of life and has been practiced four thousands of years. The word ‘Yoga’ translates to union. It is a practice designed to unite mind, body & soul and to create the union of the individual and universal self. To achieve this spiritual awakening the ancient Yogis created different paths that will help individuals . Yoga consists of many different techniques which allow us to purify our bodies, minds and souls, what allows us to experience states of freedom, peace and self-realization.

With the help of asana practice Yogis take care of their bodies. Asana is the element of Yoga most people think about when they hear the word Yoga. In the asana practice we bring our bodies in different shapes and poses. These poses help to keep the body healthy and prepare the mind for meditation.
Another big part of Yoga is called 'Pranayama’. Pranayama is a collection of various breathing exercises that support health, mental focus and the flow of energy in the entire body.
Meditation is all about learning how to let your thoughts come and go. Recognizing that we are neither our bodies nor our thoughts is an important step on the journey to self-discovery.

There are many more elements to Yoga and there are a lot of different styles of Yoga as well. But all of these elements help to bring awareness and focus to the present moment & to enjoy life to the fullest. Yoga is a way of living and by integrating it into your day to day life you will learn how to live life with intention, stay true to yourself and make choices that serve your ideal self and others.
